Christopher Williams, Esq.
Christopher has over 35 years in corporate & entertainment finance, investment property transactions, and investment banking, including service on the board of directors and advisory boards for several hedge funds and venture capital firms. He has extensive experience in commercial and securities transactions including banking, treasury operations, mutual and pension funds, and investor relations. His previous practice encompassed general corporate and business law, sports and entertainment, merchant banking, and intellectual property issues. Christopher has served as Corporate Counsel for several publicly traded companies and financial institutions, assisting in raising capital and seeking other forms of financing (raised over $500 million in public and private equity funds). He has previously served as bond counsel/issuer for several municipalities in California with over $2 billion in underwriting. Christopher was also the Founder of the San Diego Entertainment and Sports Lawyers’ Association and brought to fruition over 25 feature-length theatrical films. Born in Virginia, Williams graduated with honors from Brown University in Economics and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Virginia, School of Law. Christopher has practiced law as a corporate attorney in California, Washington, D.C., and Virginia. He has worked as a trial lawyer with an emphasis in international security matters for the United States Navy.As a Commander in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the Naval Reserve, Christopher served as a Federal Magistrate Initial Review Officer. He also has experience as a Superior Court Arbitrator, a Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, a Superior Court Special Settlement Conference Panel Judge, a State of California Special Master, and a San Diego County Bar Arbitrator. Mr. Williams has served as a member of the Panel of Arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association, the California Court of Appeals Settlement/Mediation Panel, and the City of San Diego Emerging Technology Commission, and as an advisor to the Governor of California. He has written and lectured extensively for numerous professional organizations.
Blair Krueger, Esq.
Managing Principal & General Counsel
With over 25 years of legal and entertainment experience, Blair specializes in private and public mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities regulatory matters. He was formerly an associate attorney with Baker & McKenzie, Pillsbury Madison & Sutro, and an international partner with Rice Fowler. Blair also served as Chairman of Green America Funds and the Banking and Finance Committee of the Border Trade Alliance. He has served as a member of the Advisory Boards of the University of California’s Mexico Business Program, UCSD’s Center of U.S.-Mexico Business Certificate Program and Center for U.S.-Mexico Studies as well as the board of directors of the Peninsula YMCA, which recognized him with the “Giant Valley� Volunteer of the Year award in 2003. His experience also includes CEO and director of STV InternetWorks, Inc., which produces surfing-related television programming (seen on Fox Television), and extension lecturing at UCSD. Blair received his A.B from Brown University (Honors in International Affairs), pursued his MBA at Yale University, received his Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center (Leahy Prize), and was a Coro Foundation Public Affairs Fellow in New York City. He is the co-author of Free Trade in the Borderlands, published by the Joint Economic Committee of the United States Congress. As a La Jolla native Blair speaks Spanish as a second language.
Timothy Patrick Cavanaugh

Timothy has over 20 years of experience in film budging, production, and distribution, along with well established relationships among the most prominent movie studios, directors, and actors in the industry. As a producer he has enjoyed a successful career in independent films, commercials, and corporate documentaries. From 1996-2001, Timothy was the Head of Production at Creative Entertainment Group where he supervised and line produced more than 75 film and video productions for clients such as Kodak, Rexall Sundown, and Black & Decker. In 2008, Timothy produced Adam Mason’s award winning film Blood River, a psychological thriller. Tim produced The Truth: The Journey Within, a docudrama that weaves the teachings of 32 of the world's leading neuroscientific experts and educational leaders. He has also produced the documentary The Original 7ven about the comeback of Morris Day and Jerome Benton, with Grammy winners Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. Timothy is currently collaborating with Hannibal Pictures on the USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage. This is the harrowing true story of the crew of the USS Indianapolis, which was stranded in the Philippine Sea for five days after delivering the atomic weapon that would eventually end WWII.
Lincoln Lee Biography, MBA & JD

Lincoln began his career as a financial manager in 2001 leading him to Asia where he worked internationally as a Director of Operations negotiating contracts and directing marketing in the major markets of China, Korea, Vietnam, and Japan. Following that, Lincoln worked for various legal and financial institutions, including the Ministry of Legislation, Republic of Korea; Trinity Equity Partners, Inc., a boutique investment firm in Southern California; and Director of Strategy & Investments at Dermaesthetics Beverly Hills. He is experienced with the laws and statutory requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act and has been directly involved in implementations of SOX regulations. Lincoln earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in BusinessEconomics and a minor in Asian American Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara; a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in International Business from the California State University of Northridge; executive certifications from the Thunderbird School of Business; and a Juris Doctorate and LLM at the University of San Diego, with an emphasis in Taxation. Lincoln is also fluent in Korean and Mandarin.

Raghu has over 20 years of global experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, financial operations and cross-border business-technology management in financial services, retail banking, wealth management and private equity. Raghu has worked in the U. S., Europe and Asia-Pacific, including India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, Indonesia and Dubai. He has worked for McKinsey Singapore in investment and private banking, wealth management and private equity in the Asia-Pacific region; Morgan Stanley for the London, Madrid and Frankfurt Stock Exchanges; Oracle Corporation on business data intelligence and financial ERP projects; MNC serving on cross-border M&A activities across Asia; Intersoft, a Tokyo-based financial consulting firm focused in technology & operations; and CIO of Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX), one of the world’s most technologically advanced electronic exchanges. Raghu also founded a management-consulting firm focused in business and technology operations serving firms such as JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, and Standard & Poors in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Raghu has an MBA from Southern Illinois University and an MS in Mining/Mineral Engineering from University of Alaska. He also attended the Global Advanced Management program at Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, India. Raghu is a certified Project Management Professional and a Certified Program/Project Manager from Program Management Leadership Group. Besides English, Raghu is fluent in Indian languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Oriya and Urdu.
Jeffrey M. Fox
Managing Director, VP of Operations
Jeff was born in Long Beach, and has lived in Southern California for over 20 years. At the University of San Diego, he received his B.B.A. in Business Administration (Cum Laude) with an emphasis on marketing and international business. With a background in finance, marketing, and business management, Jeff excels in any situation. Stemming from his interest in the technology industry, he became an expert in both Mac and PC technology through his experience at Apple, Inc., which has allowed Jeff to implement new IT systems to increase productivity and lower costs. After receiving his BBA Degree, Jeff worked with Studio 2055; a Carlsbad based marketing and graphic design company, whose clients included: 20th Century Fox, Reebok, The Four Seasons, California Center for the Arts, and The Gemological Institute of America. As the Director of Marketing for Princebury Productions & Media, he developed and implemented a national marketing plan and was the project manager for the creation of Princebury’s first 100 Million Dollar Film Fund. Jeff was also the Director of VIP Relations for Princebury’s 3rd Annual Film Festival, San Diego. Jeff’s interests include rock climbing, archery, and traveling.
Gregory D. Fox
Director of Finance
Greg’s expertise and passion is in the financial industry. At AXA Advisors, a subsidiary of the global giant AXA, he gained expertise in the Financial Management and Insurance industries. Greg built clients’ wealth portfolios by researching and following specific market trends and buying various securities, and insurance products. In the Investment Banking and Private Equity sectors, Greg created deal structures, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures as Senior Financial Analyst for Trinity Equity Partners. As Director of Finance at Princebury Productions & Media, he has written various corporate resolutions, discounted cash flow valuations for the film industry and various companies, and the private placement memorandum. Greg also has created the private placement memorandum, business plan, and executive summary for the $100 Million Dollar Messenger Film Fund. Greg earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree (Cum Laude) in Finance from The University of San Diego.

Considered a digital media evangelist, Egbert serves as Senior Vice President with Inspired Properties, a production and distribution company that operates in the faith-based market encompassing Christian communities of different faiths and denominations. Their first project, The Bible Experience, broke new ground in the presentation of the scriptures. Unique among audio bible products, The Bible Experience was a captivating performance of the Holy Bible presented by an international ensemble of 400 award-winning actors, musicians, clergy, directors and producers. This historic production featured an original musical underscore by the Prague Symphony Orchestra and Hollywood-caliber sound design created at Technicolor Studios. Along with many other awards, The Bible Experience won 2007 Audio Book of the Year from all categories. Egbert volunteers as Lead Organizer of Startup America Partnership in San Diego, an organization that provides valuable resources and connections to kickstart young startup companies to grow and accelerate. He also serves as a Board Director of the Elite SDVOB, a national veteran organization devoted to increasing public-private awareness of service-disabled veteran business owners. He received a BA in Economics from University of New Mexico and MA from Villanova University.
G. Lynn Thorpe, Esq.
Born in New York City, Greg Thorpe has over 30 years of legal, finance and business experience. Some of his positions include the Wall Street office of Reginald F. Lewism; Morgan Guaranty Trust Company; Chase Manhattan Bank, and Citicorp. Greg has also been corporate counsel and business manager for several corporations, including the MBC Cable Television Network; ILEXIS; J&J Media Group; and Matrix Capital. As co-bond counsel and structured finance counsel, Greg has provided legal services on major financing transactions, including San Diego Airport, QUALCOMM Stadium, PetCo Ballpark, and the Port of San Diego, totaling over two billion dollars in financings. Other transactions include $40M financing for a major motion picture project. He has served on several San Diego boards as Mayoral and City Council appointee to the Board of the South Eastern Economic Development Corporation; Member and Vice-Chair Finance Committee for the Major League Ballpark Task Force, City of San Diego; City of San Diego Relocation Appeals Board; Co-Chair Mayor’s Municipal Finance Review Committee, and as an MBC Television Network Board member. Greg was also elected Chairman of Openvision Networks, Inc. to provide the necessary guidance for the launch of a new international television network. Greg received his B.A. Degree (Magna Cum Laude) from City University of New York, a Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law, is a member of the New York Bar, and has his Series 7 license from the National Association of Securities Dealers.
Summer B. Kunst
Managing Director, Graphic Communications & Design
Ms. Kunst graduated summa cum laude from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. She was placed on the President’s list after making it on the Dean’s list every semester of her attendance. Ms. Kunst also received the Choctaw Nation Higher Education Academic Scholarship. As Senior Graphic Designer at Discovery Girls Magazine, Ms. Kunst led all designs for the award-winning magazine with over 1,000,000 readers. Her responsibilities included cover designs, marketing collateral, web advertisements, email campaigns, photography, and directing photoshoots. She worked directly with printers and vendors to ensure deadlines and issue dates were met. At Bluewolf, Ms. Kunst was named Senior Graphic Designer. She led all design and creative direction for global marketing communications. Her projects included creating integrated campaigns, web and UI/UX design, infographics, event collateral, interactive media, data visualization, presentations, trade exhibit design, display graphics, identity, branding, annual reports, and more. Ms. Kunst also offers freelance graphic design services. She has created corporate logos and branding, personal identities, business cards, and other print and web material for clients.
Herchel "HJ" Sims, Esq.
Managing Director, Concerts & Promotions
Mr. Sims’ career started in the corporate legal department with various computer companies to review, negotiate, and draft various domestic and international agreements including, but not limited to, Development, Production, Distribution, OEM, Maintenance and License Agreements in the technology industry emphasizing intellectual property issues inherent in developing, protecting, licensing, and maintaining technological assets. Mr. Sims acted as legal advisor to a Fortune 1,000 company on IBM transactions in access of $100 million and assisted in establishing and managing domestic and international distribution channels that generated over $200 million in revenues. He has travelled to virtually every country on the planet, and has served as an adjunct professor at several colleges. Upon entering the private practice of law, Mr. Sims provided legal services within a general and civil business law practice primarily supporting sports, entertainment, and music. His clients included investors, business professionals, a Super Bowl MVP, football players, movie producers, actors, professional boxers, musicians and record companies, and concert promoters. Such responsibilities included extensive negotiations, document preparation, and required services to protect and represent celebrity clients’ interest. As corporate counsel, Mr. Sims oversaw corporate governance and capitalization of several corporations, including the participation of public offerings resulting in a $45 million community development project in San Diego. Mr. Sims was instrumental in establishing a contractor’s training school and has extensive experience in real estate transactions in Mexico and the Caribbean. He is a veteran and received a degree in Philosophy from Morehouse College and a Juris Doctorate from Hastings College of the Law.
Fred L. Norfleet, Jr.

Fred has over 35 years of experience in television, production, and direction, along with well-established relationships in the television broadcast industry. As a producer, director, cinematographer, and editor, he has worked at KGTV (ABC), KFMB-TV (CBS), and KUSI (IND.) in San Diego. He has been responsible for all facets of television production and management, including writing, producing, and directing commercials, public service spots, and special programs. He studied Business Administration (Accounting) at San Diego State University. He is a LEAD San Diego, Inc. graduate. Fred Norfleet is well known, and respected in San Diego�s business and civic communities and has helped clients such as The National Football League, Super Glue Corporation, and Citi Bank. He has hosted his own TV show on KGTV (ABC), and has worked with virtually every type of camera and editing system.
Managing Director, Publishing & Publications
For more than 12 years Karen was employed in the publishing industry serving in sales, marketing, acquisition, and management positions. The last position she held at South-Western Publishing Co. (now Thomson) was Managing Editor. In this position her duties included managing a $6 Million product line; hiring, training,supervising, and evaluating staff; developing and maintaining budgets; acquiring new products; developing long-range publishing plans; conducting market research; and delivering presentations and training sessions. She has also served on campus, district, regional, state, and national committees within her profession. In addition, she is the author of two textbooks, the national standards for business education, articles in professional journals, and chapters in various other textbooks. She received her Bachelors in Business and Teaching from the University of Northern Iowa.
